Covering a total area of 1,630 square meters, the main building consists of a
ground floor with basement and two additional levels. Having been the castle
of the Prónay-Patay family before nationalization, and functioning as a hotel
afterwards, in the re-modelling and renewal of the building efforts were made to
install the highest comfort, functional and security level.

Covering a total area of 410 sqm, the ground floor contains a reception hall of
75 sqm, two apartments of over 30 sqm each, a security room and a dining
room of 33 sqm.

A kitchen of 40 sqm and an office have been created, along with the wet rooms
serving them. A completely new, open front terrace structure has been built up
in front of the original main entrance of the castle, which also constitutes the
elegant balcony on the first floor, supported by salon pillars.
In addition to the spectacular main stairwell, the individual levels are also
connected by elevator.

The first floor of the main building is 473 sqm. Here there are two king-size
apartments, dressing rooms and studies, a salon and library of almost 100 sqm,
a dining room of 40 sqm, two terraces and the wet blocks serving that level.
On the 406 sqm second floor of the main building there are four living rooms with
cross-vaults and corner towers (each of an area of 35-36 sqm), ancillary rooms
(two bathrooms, two wardrobes and a fully equipped kitchen), one roof terrace
of 20 sqm and one of 100 sqm and a loft.

In the side wing there are rooms primarily designed for the staff, a gym and the
newly created indoor pool and sauna, in addition, an outdoor pool has also been
built, with the pertinent outdoor jacuzzi.

On the ground floor of the side wing there is a pool with a surface of 100 sqm
and with a sauna, a fully equipped gym of 40 sqm, with several dressing rooms,
bathrooms, a laundry room and a kitchen.

On the first floor of the side wing there are two rooms of 40 sqm each, one
bathroom and a loft, not yet developed. The entire second floor is occupied by
a roof terrace of 120 sqm.

In the park of the Castle there is a 383 sqm baroque-style stable with eight
stalls, a 163 sqm biomass furnace room and apartment for the security staff, a
dog kennel, a yard for running horses with corral, two big alpine wooden
cottages and five smaller wooden cottages, with total area of 270 sqm.
